Multiplying Leaders for the Mission of God

What began as training focused primarily on pastors and spouses has grown to include everyday leaders who serve in the life of the church. PLI’s impact in Latvia is keeping the church mission-focused and its influence will reach across borders as leaders begin training beyond Latvia.

2010 – Beginning

PLI begins training pastors and spouses in the Latvian Lutheran Church–a historical church body with roots in the 12th century.

2015 – Leadership

Artis Eglitis joins the PLI staff as Eurasia Regional Leader

2026 – Innovation

Latvian pastor and PLI trainer Arnis Bušs begins training the lay leaders in the church he leads.

2027 – Future

The Latvian Lutheran Church plans to train and multiply leaders across borders in Ukraine
