PLI finished 2025 in a strong position, and we are brimming with hope for the future. We did this together. Take a look at this video from Ben and see what God has done through our partnership.

With a small and dedicated staff and a mighty network of regional leaders and trainers around the world, PLI trained more than 23,500 people in 2025 in 395 different training events. That’s more than one a day! Thank you for your partnership and for your prayers as we look to the future!

0:01: Hey, I’m Ben Haupt from PLI coming to you with a ministry update.
0:06: I asked my co-worker the other day what she would say about the latest goings-on at PLI, and she said these three words.
0:16: She said she was brimming with hope.
0:22: Took me back to my days as a kid, when I was out playing out in the white stuff, and after a cold day when I was in the midst of the brutal elements, I would come in and mom would have a hot cup of cocoa, and it would warm my soul inside and out.
0:46: There’s a lot going on in our world today, and maybe you face the elements a little bit when you turn on the evening news.
0:54: My hope is that this ministry update for you is like a warm cup of hot cocoa to warm your soul to what God is doing in our world today.
1:09: PLI had over 23,000 people in the training that we conducted just in the 12 months of 2025.
1:20: Can you believe that?
1:22: It’s, it’s amazing, really.
1:24: From just a couple of years ago, when we were training just a couple 2000 people a year, we had over 23,000 people go through a PLI training last year.
1:37: That, that is staggering.
1:40: The pastors and spouses and ministry leaders that that number describes who go back to their local congregation, more excited to lead the mission with better tools and equipping to be healthy and to not throw in the towel, but to be fully Charged up and ready to go for another season of ministry.
2:11: Ministry leaders who are able to lead change and who are working with all of God’s people to carry out the mission in the local congregations around the world.
2:24: And leaders who are equipped to multiply more leaders, those are the things that our leaders are learning in our training, and you helped us to do that, to touch the lives of over 23,000 pastors and spouses and ministry leaders around the world.
2:46: We were excited to roll out our strategic plan last year.
2:52: But I didn’t know how you would respond.
2:56: Now we know, last year was a record breaking year for PLI in fundraising, but it’s about how you are responding to our strategic plan and where God is opening up doors for our ministry.
3:15: So, just thought I’d share the good news.
