Opportunities abound for most of us…for most of our congregations.
Seriously! But most of us, and most of our churches, find it difficult to exploit those opportunities. A gap exists between what we say we value…and what we actually value! Leaders and churches oftentimes know it and believe it, but just don’t act on it. We’ll save the personal “gap” for another time.
But what about your church? How would you measure its willingness to take appropriate risks and exploit opportunities?

- Are we even aware of the opportunities God is placing around us?
- Are we still willing to take risks for the sake of the Gospel?
- Are we being served well by our organizational structure? Or do we need to make some improvements?
Leaders lead! They don’t duck. Even with the messy stuff of boards and structures!
