A few weeks ago I had a conversation with a pastor who admitted that he was teetering on the edge of burnout. During our time together he was wrestling with some big questions.
I feel so jam-packed day-to-day. But am I busy doing the right things? Or am I just busy?
How do I lead my small team well? I have a heart for people far from Jesus, but how do I have time to build relationships with them?
I have this conversation all too often. Leaders find themselves on the edge…of burnout, of their abilities as a leader, of themselves, and find they cannot go any farther.
