PLI Senior Leader equips pastors and executive leaders of medium and large congregations to lead with confidence, courage, and competence—connecting many more people to Jesus.
As ministries grow, leaders must increasingly lead through systems, staff, boards, volunteers, and ministry leaders rather than carrying ministry primarily through their own direct efforts. Senior Leader is designed to help leaders navigate that complexity with clarity, develop healthier systems, multiply leadership, and create simple pathways for more people to participate in the mission of God.
The redesigned Senior Leader experience includes four week-long in-person Intensives over two years, monthly Collegial Group check-ins, practical assignments applied in each ministry context, and a consistent cohort of leaders learning together over time.
The first redesigned cohort begins April 5-8, 2027, in Chandler, Arizona. Enrollment is limited to 25 participants.
